Remember the " Rule of 20's"
Avoid eating fruit with meals as the acid and sugar disturbs digestion and can cause fermentation.
Relax when you eat - allow yourself time to sit and enjoy your food.
Drink plenty of water / herbal teas throughout the day - at least 6 glasses.
Snack on fruit.
If you feel bloated or windy gently massage the stomach and take peppermint to disperse wind.
